For Dream Space furniture, we offer returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery. If a return is necessary, you’ll be refunded for the order amount, excluding any delivery charges and transaction fees (if applicable). Please note that returns are not accepted once the delivery is complete.

For customers within Cairo, free delivery is included in your payment plan. For deliveries outside Cairo, a delivery fee will apply, which will be confirmed after your order and is based on your preferred delivery address and then added to your plan.

Standard assembly is included in our all our packages which means that furniture will be assembled upon delivery.

Your furniture will be delivered within 6-8 weeks after payment. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our operations team will contact you via email with the earliest available delivery slot.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, simply contact our customer support team at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a new delivery date.
