DreamSpace does not operate showrooms. You can find detailed pictures and videos of our furniture online on our website and social media accounts. We work with a strong network of partners as well as manufacture our own designed, crafted and curated furniture packages. As such, we partner with established and upcoming brand, retailers, manufacturers and suppliers. Our partners are local companies that are known for their high-quality home furniture and also manufacture furniture for hotels and real estate projects.

For DreamSpace furniture packages we offer return/exchange only for damaged or defective items at the time of the delivery. Thus, we encourage you to check the items at the time of delivery. You will be refunded for the order amount excluding any delivery charges and transaction fees (if applicable). Please note that returns will not be possible after delivery.

Inside Cairo: Free delivery of the furniture is included in every package.
For deliveries outside Cairo a delivery charge will be communicated post order and based on customer’s preferred delivery address

Basic assembly is included in our all our packages which means that furniture will come assembled.
However, if you do not have the time & energy to manage the entire move-in hassle & stress you can opt for our Full Turn-Key service so we take the hassle & stress away from you. We receive the delivery on your behalf, unpack each single item, assemble the furniture, place and prepare the accessories (e.g., bedsheet, towels), set up the whole apartment and clean out all the boxes. Your home will be fully ready to move-in.

Within 6-8 weeks - after payment. Once you have successfully placed the order and payment by installments with our financing option (or Direct Bank Transfer for immediate purchase), our operations team will contact you via email with the earliest available slot assigned for your delivery.
Our team will be in contact with you to discuss what is the best time for you. We will arrange the delivery of your furniture to your convenience.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, just contact our customer support to find a new date with 48 hrs prior notice.
