FORM is a symbol of nature‘s balancing act played out between order and chaos. Just as sand dunes will always appear in the desert, no two dunes are ever identical. Truly understanding nature is not possible. On the other hand, embodying nature and experiencing it is very possible; it happens when we stop seeking to control it or bringing order to it. This is the dichotomy of FORM. FORM combines common functional tableware but abandons the notion that perfection is the goal. The results are shapes that are constructed with a touch of order and sprinkle of chaos. FORM brings the humility and respect that nature emanates anywhere they go.
The shaping and curvature of the pieces are always different. The amount and degree of shapeliness varies from lightly shaped to heavily shaped.
