Equinox 9
Carved from travertine and balanced with oak through a single brass connection, the Travertine Console is a study in restraint, where proportion, weight, and texture carry the piece. Stone and timber are left raw and minimally treated, so pores, grain, cavities, and knots remain fully exposed, giving the console the feeling of something shaped by slow accumulation over time. There is a quiet beauty in imperfection: the small cracks, knots, and uneven edges that tell the story of how something came to be. Left in its natural state, a material carries the honesty of time, touch, and origin, unpolished but deeply alive.
