Do not expose to heat or use boiling-hot liquids on the item, as the materials used are excellent thermal conductors and will become very hot. The item may also react to the heat and black spots may occur.
Clean with soap and water, using a soft sponge. Dry immediately with a towel to avoid water stains. Do not put in an oven, microwave, or any open fire. Not suitable for dishwasher use. Acidic food may alter the color. Polish every six months, using a specialty copper cleaner. Rub using a soft cloth and rinse well.

The Mob Collective only accepts returns for in stock items. All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without original packaging are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
Returns requests are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved in advance by The Mob Collective. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are damaged or defective, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

If your payment was made cash on delivery please allow up to 7 working days for cash refund. Please note, due to bank policies, you may receive credit card refund within 14 days.
